You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Where bonus abuse is identified, w5667 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, withhold associated winnings and close the relevant Account.
w5667 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-campaign, affected players who have already opted in will be notified and their accrued qualifying activity honoured to the extent reasonably practicable.
w5667 reserves the right to decline, limit or void any wager at its discretion, including where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns, system errors, data feed failures or where odds were published in error. A bet is not confirmed until it has been accepted and a confirmation reference is issued to the Player.
In the event that a wager is accepted at odds or terms that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, data provider error or human error, w5667 reserves the right to void the wager and return the stake. "Manifestly incorrect" means odds that no reasonable person would have considered to reflect the genuine market value of the event at that time.
Cricket betting — including PSL T20, ICC tournaments, bilateral series and other domestic competitions — is available subject to market-specific rules published within the sportsbook. In-play markets may be suspended or voided where events are abandoned, delayed beyond defined thresholds, or where live data feeds are interrupted. Settlement rules for interrupted matches follow the official rules of the relevant governing body.
Live casino table game results and slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation or live dealer activity. In the event of a disconnection during an active game round, the Platform will settle the game based on the last confirmed game state available. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised with support within 72 hours of the relevant session.

w5667 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You assume all risk associated with your use of the service.
In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for consequential damages, the above limitations may not apply to you in full. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter that cannot be lawfully excluded.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the w5667 support team via Live Chat. Before closure is confirmed, any Real-Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard KYC and withdrawal conditions. Active Bonus Funds not subject to a completed wagering requirement will be forfeited upon closure.
w5667 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, providing false information, prohibited conduct as described in Section 9, or where continued operation of the Account poses a legal or regulatory risk to the Platform.
Where an Account is closed by w5667 due to a breach of these Terms, the Platform reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Account balance pending investigation. Where closure results from a Terms breach confirmed following investigation, associated winnings and Bonus Funds may be forfeited. Real-Money Funds not implicated in the breach will be returned to the Player following the resolution of any outstanding matters.
